At BRAKKA, i believe in what i create. Every piece is developed with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Before leaving my hands, each piece goes through quality control to ensure it meets the standards. I understand that purchasing clothing online requires trust, especially from an independent brand. I believe that trust should be earned through honesty, transparency and taking responsibility for my work. That’s why i stand behind what i create.
14 DAYS TO DECIDE.
I want you to experience the quality for yourself. Once your denim arrives, you have 14 days to decide whether it’s right for you. Try it on. Feel the materials. Examine the construction and fit. If it’s not what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. No unnecessary questions.
RETURN CONDITIONS.
I'm asking you to treat the garment with the same care i put into creating it. Please keep the original BRAKKA tag attached while trying on your denim. For a standard return, the garment should be:
- Unworn beyond trying it on and unwashed.
- Free from damage, stains or alterations.
- Returned with its original tags and packaging.
Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the garment may affect the refund amount, in accordance with applicable law.
SHIPPING & REFUNDS.
I cover the shipping costs to get your order to you. If you decide to return your purchase, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, within the applicable legal timeframe.
