Pre-order items ship on the date stated on the product page (for example, our current Leather Dipped Polo ships on August 30th).
Atelier Made (Made-to-Order) pieces are handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Estimated production times are listed on each product page (for example, our Surprise Drop ships approximately 7 days after your order).
Once dispatched, DHL Express delivery usually takes 1–3 business days worldwide.
Yes. Every order is backed by The BRAKKA Promise. Returns and exchanges are available according to our Return Policy.
Yes. Worldwide DHL Express shipping is included with every order. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are not included. For detailed shipping information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Yes. Every BRAKKA release is produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, it will not be restocked.

All garments are designed in the Netherlands. Our collections are then brought to life in two ways: exclusive Atelier Made pieces, handcrafted in our own atelier, and carefully selected production partners who manufacture our larger releases using premium materials and strict quality control.
