RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every BRAKKA order is backed by the BRAKKA PROMISE.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Once requested, you have another 14 days to ship your return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items may be tried on to check the fit.
Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible.
Excessive wear, washing, stains, damage, or alterations may result in a reduced refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to availability.

EVERGLADES DENIM: One complimentary size exchange within the EU, denim only. All other exchanges may involve shipping costs.

COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS

If an item is returned for a full refund, any complimentary products included with that purchase must also be returned.

This includes the complimentary Leather Dipped Polo supplied with EVERGLADES DENIM.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Orders can be cancelled before shipment, except where a valid custom-made exception applies.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation. We may wait until the returned items or proof of return shipment have been received.

CUSTOMS & REFUSED DELIVERIES

Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Refused deliveries may result in additional shipping or customs charges, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

ATELIER-MADE / MADE-TO-ORDER

Made to order items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Changes or cancellations for these items are only accepted before shipping.
