Kebijakan pengembalian uang

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Approved refunds are processed at the end of each month.

Due to the limited nature of our releases and made-to-order production process, we do not offer full refunds or returns without a valid reason once an order has been shipped.

Returns based on a change of mind, no longer wanting the item, refusing to pay import duties or taxes, or simply wanting a refund will not be accepted.

Orders refused due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not eligible for a refund. By refusing delivery, the customer accepts responsibility for all shipping, return shipping, customs charges, duties, taxes, and any additional fees incurred. These costs will be deducted from the order value and may exceed the original purchase amount, if so it will make a refund unavailable.

If your item doesn’t fit, we offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. As every product includes an accurate size chart and measuring guide, we encourage customers to carefully check their measurements before placing an order.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, stains, odors, or any other form of use are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

ATELIER-MADE / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as “Made to Order” or “Made in our Atelier” can be cancelled or have the size changed free of charge within 24 hours of ordering.

After 24 hours, production and material costs may already have been incurred. These items are made specifically for your order and can therefore no longer be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
