We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional import duties or customs charges.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees typically range between 10–30% of the order value. This is an estimate only and may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. BRAKKA is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or cancel the shipment.

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect or accept the parcel, or refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not eligible for free reshipment or a refund. Any shipping, return shipping, customs duties, taxes, or additional handling fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. We are happy to assist where possible.

Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or the shipping carrier are outside of our control and do not qualify for order cancellation or compensation.
